You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our service implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Use of Services

You may use our services, provided that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not barred from receiving such services under the laws of the United Kingdom, European Union, United States or other jurisdictions. In order to access our services, you are required to provide current and factual identification, contact, and other information as part of the registration process. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You are solely responsible for all content within your account. You agree to immediately notify Webeese of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Webeese will not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of your failure to provide us with accurate information or to keep your account secure.

 

2. Acceptable Conduct

You are responsible for the actions of all users of your account and any data that is created, stored, displayed by, or transmitted by your account while using Webeese services. You will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts Webeese services or networks connected to any of our services.

You understand that all forms of content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. This means that you are entirely responsible for all content that you upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available through our services. Webeese does not control the content posted via the hosting service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. Under no circumstances will Webeese be liable in any way for any content posted privately or publicly on our service.

 

3. Prohibited Usage

Our services may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, collection, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any law or statute in the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, or your jurisdiction, is strictly prohibited. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material that you neither own nor have permission to use, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute.

Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited from our services. This includes websites that may infer sexual content, or link to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for websites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to us, our services, our reputation, or any other service on the internet.

 

4. Invoicing and Payment

You agree that Webeese shall be permitted to charge your credit card on a monthly, quarterly, annual, or other agreed upon basis in advance of providing services. Payment is due upon invoicing, or upon the recurring date of your initial credit card charge. Service may be interrupted on accounts that reach 7 days past due.

The subscriber is aware that Webeese may change the specified rates and charges from time to time.

If we determine an account is utilizing an unacceptable amount of system resources, we may temporarily deactivate the account in question. If we deem necessary, an eviction notice may be sent to the end user of an offending account providing them with seven (7) days in which to either upgrade to a higher plan or move from our services to another provider. This only occurs in extreme cases; and we will assist service users prior to this option.

 

5. Technical and General Support

We take support seriously and pride ourselves in providing in-house support. Real people, on hand, ready to help.

We offer support through our support ticket system. Access to support lasts as long as you are using our service. Usually, support questions are answered within several hours. Many times it is faster, but at nights and on weekends it may be slower as we do not have normal hours.

We are out to impress with our level of premium support.

As a general rule, we do not provide general WordPress support that is not related to our service. But in practice, we can usually point you in the right direction. We want your experience with WordPress to be great. For general WordPress questions, we also suggest getting involved in the WordPress community were you can ask for help with general WordPress questions: http://wordpress.org/support/

We are not able to support third party plugins or ensure that everyone works properly with our service, although generally, plugins coded to WordPress standards will work great.

 

6. Warranty

We offer no warranty of any kind on the services we offer.

 

7. Site Backups

We perform backups of websites on our platform and keep those backups for up to 30 days; however, these backups are for disaster recovery and our administrative purposes only, and are in NO WAY GUARANTEED! We do NOT provide any sort of compensation for lost or incomplete data in the event that backups do not function properly (even if the malfunction was due to negligence on our part). We make no guarantees about the availability of backups.

 

8. Refund Policy

We offer refunds to any unsatisfied customer up to 14 days after the purchase was made. If you would like your money back, simply send us an email.

Outside of our 14-day money-back guarantee, we have no refund policy. On a case-by-case basis, however, we may award a pro-rated refund to a service user.

 

9. Privacy Policy

Customer information is collected for the purpose of processing your order. This information is kept confidential and is not shared.
